T-Ball - 2 Hours per participant
Rookie BB/SB & 8 BB - 4 Hours per participant
9-14U BB/SB - 6 Hours per participant

Maximum Family Volunteer Limit of 14 Hours.

**Volunteer Changes in 2026**

Our organization is moving to a new electronic system for
signing up to volunteer. This system is called “Track It Forward” and will
also be used by parents to log volunteer events worked and to monitor
their family’s Volunteer Deposit Policy hours (if needed).
For participants in T-ball and/or Rookie through 14U Baseball & Softball,
we have a Volunteer Deposit Policy that is used to help our organization run
concessions, clean-up days, Catfish Days, etc. Without these fundraising efforts,
our registration costs would need to be significantly higher. After
registration is completed, the designated volunteer emails indicated
during registration will receive information to get set up with Track It
Forward.
